Morrison & Foerster has added a four-partner litigation group from Mayer,Brown, Rowe & Maw to its New York office. Leading the group is Dennis Orr,who currently represents a group of former officers and directors of AIG,Inc. in an ongoing securities and derivatives lawsuit pending in the U.S.District Court for the Southern District of New York. Orr is joined byThomas Mueller, Grant Esposito and Stefan Engelhardt.
Fulbright & Jaworski has added five attorneys from Sonnenschein Nath &Rosenthal to its health care practice in St. Louis. Joining as partners areJames Wiehl and Stacey Murphy. Christopher Kanagawa and Nate Hwang areassociates and Karen Davis serves as of counsel. Also coming on board as ofcounsel is Phillip Rothermich, who most recently worked for Express Scripts,Inc., as vice president, business development.
