NYU appoints new faculty New York University School of Law has added several new members to its faculty. Cynthia Estlund, a professor in the field of labor and employment law, joins NYU as a tenured professor. She comes from Columbia Law School. Roderick Hills, a constitutional law expert from University of Michigan Law School, also joins as a tenured professor. Robert Sitkoff, whose work focuses on the economics of a trusts, estates and business, will come aboard as a tenured professor from Northwestern University School of Law. Jeremy Waldron, also from Columbia Law School, will move to NYU law school as a professor in the fall. His work focuses on legal and political theory. Joining NYU law school as assistant professors are Smita Narula, Margaret Satterthwaite and Florencia Marotta-Wurgler. Arizona State hires Northwestern scholar Kenneth Abbott has joined Arizona State University to teach an interdisciplinary set of courses at ASU law school and its School of Global Studies. Abbott, who previously served as the director of the Northwestern University Center for International and Comparative Studies in Chicago, will hold a joint professorship at ASU.
