Isn’t it too bad that plaintiff attorney Reid Kathrein now has to go searching for “genuine” plaintiffs in order to file 17200 cases rather than “suing” on behalf of individuals who were never aware that they were “involved” in lawsuits ["Prop 64 victory makes finding a plaintiff crucial," Nov. 5]. And, of course it is stated that labor attorneys will be unable to influence employment issues — how sad! I’m glad that voters such as myself voted in Prop 64 to curb the overwhelming “glut” of lawyers this state has — which in my opinion is why they were using 17200 to supply themselves with income!
