GREENBERG TRAURIG Wayne Lee has joined Greenberg Traurig’s Tysons Corner, Va., office as a senior corporate and securities partner. Prior to joining the firm he was with Reed Smith. Lee, 58, received his law degree from William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law. HALLORAN & SAGE Halloran & Sage announces an expansion of it government contract practice with the addition of two new attorneys. James DelSordo has joined the firm as a partner. Previously he was a solo practitioner. DelSordo, 39, received his J.D. from George Washington University School of Law. In addition, Michael Noonan, 39, has joined as an associate. Most recently he was a finance manager with RSA Inc. Noonan received his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. HILL & KNOWLTON Phillip Galbreath has joined Hill & Knowlton as vice president in the corporate practice and as director of legal and regulatory communications. He was most recently with KPMG’s Washington national tax practice. Galbreath, 42, received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. HOGAN & HARTSON Barton Aronson, 37, has joined Hogan & Hartson as of counsel in the litigation practice. Most recently, he was of counsel at O’Melveny & Myers. Aronson received his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School. LeBOUEF, LAMB Fred Reinke has joined LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae as a partner in the litigation practice group. Reinke, 43, joined the firm from Cliffford Chance. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School. LEX SOLUTIO CORP. Les Bias, 43, has joined the Washington office of the Lex Solutio Corp. as director of operations. Lex Solutio provides document and transcript management and trial presentation, consulting, planning, and training services. Most recently, Bias was managing partner of LEX Business Solution in Chicago. SCHIFF HARDIN Joseph Corcoran has joined Schiff Hardin as an associate in the securities and futures market regulation group. Most recently he was special counsel in the Office of Chief Counsel in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Market Regulation Division. Corcoran, 34, earned his law degree at Tulane University Law School. SPRIGGS & HOLLINGSWORTH Spriggs & Hollingsworth has added two new staff members to its marketing department. Karen Creel, 40, has joined the firm as director of marketing. Most recently she was director of marketing and business development at Arent Fox. Sarah McCorkle, 24, joined as marketing coordinator. Previously she was interim sales and marketing manager at Morton’s, The Steakhouse. U.S. SENATE Matthew Keiser, 32, has joined the U.S. Senate Office of the Chief Counsel for Employment as a senior counsel. Prior to joining the government, Keiser was with Arnold & Porter. He received his J.D. from George Washington University School of Law. WEIL, GOTSHAL Alexander Hadjis has joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner. He will be responsible for building the firm’s patent litigation practice in D.C. Most recently he was a partner at Fish & Richardson.
