In “The Plaintiffs’ Hot List” [NLJ, July 26], in the listing for Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, the name of the lead lawyer for the second case ( In re Buspirone Antitrust Litigation) was rendered incorrectly. He is Robert G. Eisler, not Fisher. Due to a production error in the print edition, the “Plaintiffs’ Hot List” [NLJ, July 26] garbled a description of the last case listed for the firm Wilkes & McHugh. It should have read: “A nursing home resident suffered from bedsores and malnutrition, among other complaints, due to staff negligence. The jury awarded $6.5 million.” The complete, corrected list is available for free here.
