AMERICAN RED CROSS Leigh Bradley, 47, has been named chief of staff at the American Red Cross. Most recently, she was a partner at Holland & Knight, in its government contracts and public law practice. Bradley graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law. ANDREWS KURTH Andrew Tucker has joined Andrews Kurth as a partner in the corporate securities practice. Before joining the firm, Tucker, 41, was a partner with Shaw Pittman. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. EPSTEIN BECKER & GREEN Carolyn Ratner, 31, has joined Epstein Becker & Green as an associate in the health law practice. Most recently, Ratner was senior legislative associate and counsel for the National Council of Jewish Women. She earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School. GRAY CARY Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich announces a promotion and a new hire. Tami Howie has been promoted to partner. Howie, 32, focuses on complex securities transactions advising companies on corporate and securities law. She received her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. Matthew VanderGoot, 33, has joined the firm as an associate in the corporate and securities group. Most recently, he was an associate at Latham & Watkins. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. HUNTON & WILLIAMS Hunton & Williams announces the addition of eight attorneys who were formerly the international dispute resolution group in the D.C. office of Piper Rudnick. B. Donovan Picard, 60, who joins the firm as a partner, will serve as co-leader of the group. Picard received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Martin Lutz, 42, who also joins as a partner, will also co-lead the group. He holds a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. Justin Cawley joins as an associate. Jill Williamson, 34, also joins as an associate. She earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. In addition, Dana Marshall, 55, joins as a nonlawyer senior adviser. Marshall will provide clients with strategic advice on the foreign policy relevant to conducting multinational business operations. KELLEY DRYE & WARREN Kelley Drye & Warren announces the promotion of Todd Daubert to partner. Daubert, 37, practices domestic and international communications law. He earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE Public Knowledge, an advocacy organization focusing on intellectual property law and technology policy, announces two promotions within its staff. Mike Godwin, 47, has been promoted from senior technology counsel to legal director. Godwin received his J.D from the University of Texas School of Law. Alexander Curtis, 28, a former policy analyst, is now government affairs manager. He graduated from the University of Akron School of Law.
