Michael Moore called Miami U.S. Attorney Marcos Jimenez's office "weak-kneed" and lacking in "prosecutorial zeal" for allowing a recent deal with a "career criminal." Moore went on to note a sharp decline in the number of cases prosecuted by the U.S. attorney's office in Miami under Jimenez's leadership.
