Supreme Court of New Jersey Hon. Edmund R. Bernhard It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Edmund R. Bernhard, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, effective March 15, 2004, or until further Order; and It is further ORDERED that effective March 15, 2004, Judge Bernhard is temporarily assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel and to the Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren (Vicinage 13) Civil Division. For the Court Deborah T. Poritz Chief Justice Dated: March 1, 2004 Hon. R. Benjamin Cohen It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge R. Benjamin Cohen, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, effective March 1, 2004, or until further Order; and it is further ORDERED that effective March 1, 2004, Judge Cohen is temporarily assigned to the Essex County, Family Division. For the Court Deborah T. Poritz Chief Justice Dated: February 26, 2004 Hon. Timothy J. Sullivan It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Timothy J. Sullivan, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective February 26, 2004, or until further Order; and shall continue to be temporarily assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel. For the Court, Deborah T. Poritz Chief Justice Dated: February 25, 2004 Hon. Birger M. Sween It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Birger M. Sween, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective March 24, 2004, until further Order, and is temporarily assigned to the Bergen Vicinage in the Law Division, Civil Part and the Chancery Division, Family Part. For the Court Deborah T. Poritz Chief Justice Dated: February 25, 2004 It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, retired Superior Court Judge Birger M. Sween, serving on recall by the Court’s Order of November 26, 2001, is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part, Bergen County effective, March 1, 2004, through March 24, 2004.
