Speakers O’Brien & Ryan has announced that Daniel F. Ryan III is a member of the faculty for the upcoming Pennsylvania Bar Institute seminar, The Nuts & Bolts of the Medical Malpractice Case. This program will address the stages of a medical malpractice case from pretrial suit evaluation through opening statements. Additionally, the seminar will discuss updates on new provisions of the MCARE Act, as well as what is needed to be in compliance with HIPAA. The seminar will take place on Thursday, April 22, in Philadelphia. Michael D.
