Brown, Raysman, Millstein, Felder & Steiner partner Kenneth W. Sold and associate Raymond A. Sanseverino represented Mass Mutual. Blank Rome senior counsel Stuart D. Byron represented the landlord, George Comfort & Sons. The 25-story building built in 1920 is located at the southwest corner of 37th Street.
