The San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association is suing its health insurer for refusing to renew its policies. The group sued Health Net of California and its parent company, Health Net Inc., in San Francisco Superior Court on Monday. "When an insurance company says that they're going to cancel out coverage, nine times out of 10 -- maybe even more than that -- people accept that," said Terrence Coleman, a member of the association's board of directors. "But here they did that to a group of lawyers."
