EPSTEIN BECKER & GREEN Epstein Becker & Green has added two partners and two senior counsel. Jill Alvarez joins as a partner in the national health law practice. She was formerly a partner in the New York office of Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner. Alvarez, 55, is a graduate of Boston University School of Law. Robert Clayton joins as a partner in the labor and employment practice. He was most recently the chair of the labor and employment practice at Milling Benson Woodward in New Orleans. Clayton, 52, is a graduate of George Washington University Law School. Corinne Pouliquen joins as senior counsel in the national health law practice. Prior to joining the firm, she managed the D.C. intellectual property practice at Katten Muchin Zavis Roseman. Pouliquen, 37, is a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center. Gianna Arnold joins as senior counsel in the national health law practice. She was vice president and general counsel of Columbia, Md.’s Accelics Inc. Arnold, 43, is also a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center. NATIONAL WOMEN’S LAW CENTER Helen Blank has joined the National Women’s Law Center as a senior fellow to work on child care and early education issues. For 24 years, she was director of the child care and development division of the Children’s Defense Fund. Blank, 58, has a master’s degree in urban planning from Hunter College of the City University of New York. U.S. ATTORNEY’S OFFICE The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District has named three new assistant U.S. attorneys. Alexandra Foster, 31, was an associate in the D.C. office of Zuckerman Spaeder. She is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. Gary Milligan, 33, was an assistant attorney general in Florida’s Officeof the Attorney General. He is a graduate of Duke University School of Law. Rikki McCoy, 27, was an associate in the D.C. office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker. She is a graduate of Howard University School of Law. ZUCKERMAN SPAEDER Adam Rosman, 38, has joined Zuckerman Spaeder’s D.C. office as counsel in the white collar and civil litigation group.
