ABA BOARD OF GOVERNORS

The American Bar Association has nominated three D.C.-area lawyers for membership on its board of governors. Phillip Proger,a partner in the D.C. office of Jones Day, will represent the ABA Section of Antitrust Law; O’Kelly McWilliams,a partner in the Tysons Corner, Va., office of Pepper Hamilton, will hold the Young Lawyer Member-at-Large seat; and Pauline Schneider,a partner in the D.C. office of Hunton & Williams, will take the Minority Member-at-Large seat. The board oversees the administration and management of the ABA. Each nominee will serve a three-year term, beginning in August 2003.
