A Philadelphia trial lawyer has secured a $2.2 million verdict from a Berks County jury in a medical malpractice case stemming from a paralyzing injury the baby sustained at birth.
The jury deliberated most of the day Monday before coming back to the courtroom with a verdict based on a 10-2 vote.
