McCarter & English has forged ahead with its Philadelphia expansion plans, taking on veteran bankruptcy lawyer Rosetta Packer as partner in charge of its bankruptcy and creditors practice group there.
“Our creditor practice group within the firm is very strong, and we were looking to link that in Philadelphia,” says Glenn Callahan, managing partner of the Philadelphia office. “The timing was good both for our needs and for Rosetta.
