In civil court, Judge Joseph Biafore Jr. will now supervise the civil department and handle a case management calendar. Judge Thang Barrett will handle the discovery/law and motion calendar.
Judge Neal Cabrinha will handle limited jurisdiction case management. Judge William Elfving and Jamie Jacobs-May will also continue to handle case management calendars. Judges Gregory Ward and Kevin McKenney will move from case management to civil trials. Judge Conrad Rushing will continue with civil trials and complex litigation.
