CHRISTOPHER KATTIS, app — Motion by the appellant’s assigned counsel for leave to adopt the pro se supplemental brief filed by Christopher Kattis on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered July 28, 2017, and to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain material. Separate motion by the appellant’s assigned counsel for leave to adopt the pro se supplemental brief filed by Christopher Kattis on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered August 3, 2017, and to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain material. Separate motion by the appellant’s assigned counsel for leave to withdraw a brief filed pursuant to Anders v. California (386 US 738) on the appeal from the judgment rendered July 28, 2017. Separate motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file an addendum to his pro se supplemental brief on the appeal from the judgment rendered July 28, 2017. Application by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant’s supplemental brief on the appeal from the judgment rendered July 28, 2017. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to adopt the pro se supplemental brief filed by Christopher Kattis and to enlarge the judgment roll on the appeal from the judgment rendered July 28, 2017, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to adopt the pro se supplemental brief filed by Christopher Kattis and to enlarge the judgment roll on the appeal from the judgment rendered August 3, 2017, and the papers filed in relation thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to withdraw the brief filed pursuant to Anders v. California (386 US 738) on the appeal from the judgment rendered July 28, 2017, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to serve and file an addendum to the pro se supplemental brief on the appeal from the judgment rendered July 28, 2017, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for leave to adopt the pro se supplemental briefs filed by Christopher Kattis are denied, without prejudice to serving replacement briefs and uploading digital copies of the replacement briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court’s website, on or before August 12, 2020, and filing originals and five hard copies of the replacement briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll on the appeal from the judgment rendered July 28, 2017, is denied as unnecessary, as the subject material is already part of the judgment roll; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll on the appeal from the judgment rendered August 3, 2017, is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion for leave to withdraw the brief filed pursuant to Anders v. California (386 US 738) on the appeal from the judgment rendered July 28, 2017, is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion for leave to serve and file an addendum to the pro se supplemental brief on the appeal from the judgment rendered July 28, 2017, is denied without prejudice to seeking leave to file a replacement pro se supplemental brief on or before August 12, 2020; and it is further, ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent’s time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant’s supplemental brief on the appeal from the judgment rendered July 28, 2017, is extended until October 7, 2020, and the respondent shall serve the respondent’s brief and upload digital copies of the respondent’s brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court’s website, and file an original and five hard copies of the respondent’s brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court. MASTRO, J.P., HINDS-RADIX, MALTESE and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
