OCASIO, app, JUAN TOMAS MESA, res — (V-443-17, V-443-17/19A, V-444-17, V-446-17, V-446-17/19A, V-444-17/19A, V-445-17, V-445-17/19A) — Motion by the appellant on an appeal, by permission, from of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated February 5, 2020, inter alia, to direct the respondent to produce the subject children, to stay certain proceedings in the above-entitled matter, and for an award of costs and an attorney’s fee incurred in connection with this motion. Separate motion by the attorney for the children to renew opposition to the appellant’s prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated February 5, 2020, and to stay enforcement of the order dated February 5, 2020, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 2, 2020. Upon the papers filed in support of the appellant’s motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the attorney for the children and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is ORDERED that the motions are denied. MASTRO, J.P., MALTESE, BARROS and BRATHWAITE NELSON, JJ., concur.
