LONG ISLAND MEDICAL & GASTROENTEROLOGY ASSOCIATES P.C., ET AL., res (Action No. 3) — Motion by the appellants to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 15, 2017, with an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered May 31, 2019, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that on the Court’s own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date. FRANCESCA SANFILIPPO, app, FRANK GARCIA, SR., ET AL., res-res — (V-18922-16/19A, V-9901-18, N-16295-16, N-16296-16, V-24227-15/19A, V-9899-18, V-24227-15, V-9899-18) — Appeal by Francesca Sanfilippo from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 19, 2019. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Harriet B. Gewirtz, dated December 16, 2019, it is ORDERED that the respondent Joanne Marino is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal: David Laniado 411 Westminster Rd. #2 Cedarhurst, NY 11516 516-599-8999 and it is further, ORDERED that assigned counsel shall promptly attempt to contact the respondent Joanne Marino at the address provided by the Court, and shall notify the Case Manager assigned to the appeal on or before February 18, 2020, in writing, that he has done so and that either (1) the respondent Joanne Marino is interested in responding to the appeal, or (2) the respondent Joanne Marino is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent Joanne Marino, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
