OPINION AND ORDER  Plaintiff Expedia, Inc. brings a diversity action against United Airlines, Inc. (“United”) for breach of contract and seeks a declaratory judgment as to the parties’ rights and obligations under the contract (Amended Complaint; Doc 32.) Expedia alleges that United breached its obligations under the parties’ Ticketing Agreement by refusing to provide Expedia with pricing and availability for United flights scheduled to depart after September 30, 2019, the date the Ticketing Agreement expires. In Expedia’s view, it has the right, up to September 30, to offer its customers United flights even if the flights depart after that date. Expedia now moves for a preliminary injunction requiring United to provide Expedia with fare and schedule information for all of United’s publicly-available flights, including those scheduled after September 30, 2019 (Pl.’s Mem.; Doc 18.) For the reasons explained below, Expedia’s motion for a preliminary injunction is denied.
