Surrogate AndersonESTATE OF RAMON HIDALGO, Deceased (14/1988/B) — The administrator’s petition for leave to compromise a cause of action for decedent’s personal injury is granted. The restrictions contained in the letters issued to the administrator are removed, and she is authorized to collect the settlement and execute the necessary receipts and releases.The fees and disbursements of the administrator’s attorney are fixed and determined. The administrator has waived statutory commissions. She is authorized to pay $3,777 to Gabino Hidalgo for reimbursement of the funeral expenses. The balance of the settlement proceeds shall be distributed to petitioner, decedent’s spouse, pursuant EPTL 4-1.1(a)(1).The account is settled, and the decree is signed.Dated: January 25, 2019 WILL OF JOAN B.
