Surrogate MellaWILL OF HILDE PRESSBURGER, Deceased, (07-1446/B), (07-1446/C) — At the call of the November 20, 2018 calendar, the court granted the motion filed by Ira Kopito, Esq., to be relieved from further representing Patti Edelstein in both captioned probate proceedings presently pending before the court.The court stayed all proceedings for 30 days to allow Ms. Edelstein to retain new counsel (CPLR 321[c]).Mr. Kopito shall serve a copy of this written Decision and Order with Notice of Entry upon all parties, including his former client, within 20 days of the date of this Order.This decision, together with the transcript of the November 20, 2018 proceeding, constitutes the Order of the court.Dated: December 5, 2018.
