Litigation Department of the Year (ALM)
Every day on the pages of the Daily Report our readers see examples of the work of some of Georgia’s best litigators.
This spring, the Daily Report will recognize our state’s best law firm litigation practices, and we invite you to nominate your firm or practice for this honor. We want to know about your big victories and important cases that demonstrate why clients choose your firm or practice when litigation is on the table.
We’re looking for examples in 2013 for exemplary litigation work in:
• Intellectual Property
• General Litigation
• Labor and Employment
• Product Liability and Mass Torts
Last year’s winners were:
• Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs for commercial litigation
• Jones Day for general litigation
• McKenna, Long & Aldridge for insurance
• Alston & Bird for intellectual property
• Jackson Lewis for labor and employment
• Greenberg Traurig for product liability and mass torts
Law firms also may enter a practice for specialty work or areas not listed here.
The litigation matter should involve lawyers or firms based in Georgia, but the litigation can include matters in courts outside Georgia.
Winners and finalists will be announced in April and recognized at an event at the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead, and also will be profiled in our Law Firm Litigation Departments of the Year supplement.
The deadline for entries is Monday, Feb. 3, 2014. For more information, contact Jonathan Ringel (404-419-2839 or firstname.lastname@example.org) or Mary Judd (404-419-2841 or email@example.com).
