A Woodbury man severely injured in a 2013 traffic accident has reached a $100,000 settlement with one of the insurance carriers.
Attorneys for Kurt Sullivan, who suffered hearing loss in both ears following the accident, reached a settlement with Safeco Insurance on May 10. Safeco was the carrier for Elisa Palmieri-Laudati, the driver who hit Sullivan. The lawsuit was filed in Waterbury Superior Court in January 2015.
