Morgan, Lewis & Bockius has recruited a China-based employment partner.
Lesli Ligorner will join the firm with four additional lawyers from Simmons & Simmons where she is a partner based in Shanghai. Ligorner focuses her practice on employment and compliance issues, having advised global investment banks and multinational companies on employment, unionization and other employment strategies in China. She also advises on compliance matters related to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Chinese anticorruption regulations.
