Chicago-based Seyfarth Shaw is opening a Hong Kong office with the hire of former DLA Piper Asia employment law head Julia Gorham.
The Hong Kong office will be the latest addition to the firm’s international employment law coverage. Pete Miller, Seyfarth’s chair and managing partner, said adding Hong Kong will help the firm meet its global clients’ increasing demand for specialist employment assistance in Asia Pacific. The firm said it represented over 300 of the Fortune 500 companies.
