Dorsey & Whitney former Hong Kong office head John Chrisman has left to join U.K. firm Clyde & Co in London.
Chrisman specializes in capital market transactions, especially for Indian companies, having advised on listings both in Hong Kong and India. In August, Chrisman advised the underwriters on a $183 million domestic initial public offering of Indian lender RBL Bank Ltd. Earlier this year, he represented Chinese life science company Genscript Biotech Corp. on a $67 million Hong Kong listing.
