Snell & Wilmer (Phoenix): James Melendres joins the cybersecurity, data protection and white-collar practices as partner and will focus on data security and cybercrime matters for clients. Prior to joining the firm, Melendres served as counsel to the assistant attorney general at the U.S. Department of Justice.
