Paul Hastings and Latham & Watkins were legal advisors on a recent listing application sponsored by J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. that was returned by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for due diligence issues.

On March 29, the stock exchange sent back the listing filing of Chinese pharmaceutical company Shenhua Health Holdings Ltd., whose sole sponsor was J.P. Morgan Securities (Far East) Ltd. According to the Wall Street Journal, the U.S. bank is the first global investment bank in Hong Kong to have its sponsored application returned by the exchange.
