Korean firm Yoon & Yang has hired a former senior government antitrust enforcement official as an advisor.
Cholsoo Han was most recently secretary general of the Korea Fair Trade Commission, the country’s top regulatory and enforcement body for competition and price. The secretary general is the third highest leadership position at the Fair Trade Commission below chairman and vice chairman. Its main responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day work of all the commission’s bureaus and divisions and lead all the investigations.
