White & Case has hired a local partner in Hong Kong focusing on the insolvency and restructuring practice.
Damien Whitehead was most recently a senior consultant at Herbert Smith Freehills leading the firm’s restructuring and insolvency practice in Hong Kong and China. He has represented companies, banks, investment funds, high net worth individuals and trustees in contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters.
