Australian contract lawyer business AdventBalance has merged with London-based Lawyers On Demand, or LOD, to create a legal outsourcing company with more than 600 lawyers and seven locations in Asia, Australia and the United Kingdom.
AdventBalance has 200 lawyers and consultants across Hong Kong, Sydney, Singapore, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth, while LOD has 400 lawyers based in London. The two companies will fully combine their financials in a deal that’s expected to complete by the end of March. The combined entity will be known as LOD from the second half of this year.
