DLA Piper international partners have approved a shake-up of their remuneration structure, which will see the introduction of a new points-based remuneration system, a new partner lockstep and a larger bonus pool for partners.

The new system will affect the firm’s international LLP, which covers Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.
