Nashville, Tennessee-based Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis has acquired bankruptcy and civil litigation firm Taube Summers Harrison Taylor Meinzer Brown of Austin, with 13 lawyers from Taube Summers moving to Waller’s Austin office Feb. 1.
With the acquisition, partner Eric Taube said all of the Taube Summers lawyers moved to Waller except for partner Robert Summers, who retired. The lawyers who joined as partners include Taube, Rick Harrison, Mark Taylor, B. Neal Meinzer, Kevin Brown, S. Alex King, Paul Matula, Jamie McGonigal and Morris Weiss. Christopher Bradley, Cleveland Burke, Rola Daaboul and Andrew Preston Vickers joined Waller as associates.
