Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz (Cleveland): Anthea Daniels joins the health law group and will counsel health systems, academic medical centers, hospitals, long-term care facilities, insurance companies, clinics, surgery centers and physician groups. Daniels was partner and co-chairwoman of the health care and life sciences practice at Calfee, Halter & Griswold.
Davis Polk & Wardwell (New York): Michael Rishty joins the real estate group as partner and will focus on acquisitions, dispositions and development, joint ventures, debt restructuring and workouts, and leasing. Rishty was a partner at Greenberg Traurig and chairman of the firm’s New York real estate practice.
