Edwards Wildman Palmer has added a partner to its Hong Kong office.
Man Chiu Lee was previously a partner in Hong Kong with Hogan Lovells. He represents issuers and underwriters in corporate transactions including U.S. and Hong Kong initial public offerings, debt transactions, private equity investments and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Lee joined the former Hogan & Hartson’s Hong Kong office in 2007 as a partner and stayed through the subsequent merger with Lovells. Before that, he worked as an associate at Clifford Chance and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in Hong Kong and New York.
Edwards Wildman’s Hong Kong office has 11 lawyers, including six partners. Globally, the firm employs more than 600 lawyers in 16 offices.
