Protesters trying to pressure Fulton County Superior Court Judge John Goger into awarding the custody of a 9-year-old girl to the child’s mother picketed the Fulton County Courthouse on Friday, carrying signs attacking Goger as well as the father’s attorney, Jeffrey Bogart, and a therapist in the case.

The demonstrators made their first appearance in June, parading in green T-shirts “shaming” Goger and fellow Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane over custody decisions against the clients of attorney Lisa West. The lawyer had waged a successful battle to have Lane recuse from all of her cases but was unable to get Goger to withdraw from the current case.
