Pinsent Masons is set to open its first offices in continental Europe, with the planned launches coming as it emerges that the national firm’s alliance with Salans has come to an end.

The firm is expecting to open in France and Germany in the first half of 2012, with the offices to focus on corporate and commercial matters, with Pinsents also hoping to carry out construction and arbitration work in Paris.
