Kirkland & Ellis senior Chinese corporate partner Xiaoyang Li has left the firm to return to Beijing-based Jun He Law Offices.
Li was one of the first senior-level partners to join a Western firm from a Chinese one when he moved to Chicago-based Kirkland from Jun He in 2008. Prior to joining Jun He in 2007, Li had been head of the corporate practice and a management committee member at King & Wood.
