SAN FRANCISCO — The California Supreme Court has taken the unusual step of accepting post-hearing briefing in the Brinker wage-and-hour case.
The California Employment Law Council, an amicus curiae in the case, won permission from the court on Friday to weigh in despite the plaintiff’s opposition.
