Magic Circle firm Allen & Overy is continuing its relentless international expansion by launching a new outpost in Istanbul.
The office, which is scheduled to open in the spring, will be headed by London banking partner Charles Lindsay and will focus on English law finance work — project finance and capital markets, in particular — and M&A matters.
