Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis has created its first chief diversity officer position, filling the role with longtime partner and current diversity committee Chairman Albert S. Dandridge III.
Dandridge will maintain his role as head of the seven- to eight-member committee and, in the chief diversity officer position, will report to a member of the firm’s executive committee who will be charged with overseeing the firm’s diversity efforts.
