A San Antonio-based law firm informed Congress last week that it is lobbying on behalf of Google Inc.

Tuggey Fernandez is advocating for the Mountain View, Calif.-based company on “advocacy and education for issues relating to information technology,” according to a lobbying registration filing. Partners Tim Tuggey and Wallace Henderson, who splits his time between the firm’s Washington and Austin offices, are handling the account.
