The defunct Wolf Block law firm has filed an emergency motion to compel arbitration against 32 of the 49 former partners from whom the firm is attempting to recoup pay for the two months prior to its dissolution.
The firm, which dissolved in March 2009, initiated arbitration last August with the American Arbitration Association.
