McDermott Will & Emery has been on a hiring spree, expanding its patent prosecution practice to keep pace with growing demand in California and elsewhere.
The firm has added two patent attorneys in Silicon Valley in recent weeks, including one partner, and has hired 10 associates and one partner in Orange County since the start of the year. It’s also adding patent lawyers and agents in Chicago, Boston, New York and Houston.
