The trustee trying to recover funds from victims of former law firm chairman Scott Rothstein’s Ponzi scheme has filed an $112 million lawsuit against Ira Sochet, his second largest investor.

The lawsuit filed Thursday night by law firm bankruptcy trustee Herbert Stettin alleges Sochet and his Miami-based Investors Risk Advantage received preferential transfers of $112 million shortly before the $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme imploded “unlike many less fortunate investors.”
