Electrolux, sued in product liability over one of its dryers that allegedly caught fire, has been ordered to provide the plaintiff with its complete litigation files from similar lawsuits.
Magistrate Judge Michael Shipp on Monday ordered production of reports, photographs and correspondence between the company and claimants not protected by the attorney-client privilege.
