O’Melveny & Myers partner Douglas Freeman has confirmed he is set to move to Fried, Frank, Harris Shriver & Jacobson’s Hong Kong office as partner for its corporate practice.
Freeman declined to comment further on the move, but a Fried Frank spokesman said he will join the firm in the week beginning Aug. 29. Victor Chen, a counsel in O’Melveny’s Hong Kong mergers and acquisitions team, will also join Fried Frank as a partner.
