A federal appeals court found Wednesday that doctors challenging President Obama’s health care plan had suffered no injury, and so lacked standing to sue.
The Third U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with a district judge in Newark who dismissed the case, New Jersey Physicians Inc. v. Obama, 10-cv-1489, on the same grounds last December.
