The New Jersey Supreme Court on Thursday censured and kept on indefinite suspension an Eatontown, N.J., solo who failed to surrender files to a client who had fired him.
The punishment imposed on Eugene LaVergne reflected a combination of recommendations by disciplinarians two days earlier during oral argument before the court.
